Construction points of roof fixed window cleaner

The rail type window cleaning machine is connected to the structural panel of the building through a rail system, and the gauge distance is generally 0.8 to 4.0 m, and the two rails can be arranged in one plane or not in one plane. The track system consists of a base, a connector and a track. The window cleaning machine base is poured before the structure is capped. The base should be higher than 80mm above the roof surface layer. The base embedded part consists of a 10~16mm thick embedded steel plate and 4 φ16 or φ20 bolts. After the completion, the pre-embedded steel plate is adjusted to the same plane by adjusting the nut on the embedded bolt, and the secondary grout is fixed after the secondary grout fills the gap, and then the rail is fixed on the pre-buried steel plate by the rail connecting member (pressing plate). The window of the window cleaner is made of I-shaped steel or H-shaped steel. Generally, the track is directly welded to the embedded steel plate. After the track is installed, the base and the roof are unified to resist the treatment.

The standard rail type window cleaning machine should pay attention to the following points when designing and installing its rail system:

1 Consider the weight of each part of the window cleaning machine, the rail's own weight, the counterweight, the lateral force caused by the operation and the force caused by the wind load;

2 The design of the track base should conform to the building modulus and facilitate the civil construction, leaving the concrete pouring and vibrating space (such as pouring holes). When the parapet is high, the track base should be changed according to the size and performance of the window cleaning machine;

3 The support points of the track should not be too dense, and the spacing should be no less than 1.5m. When considering the load between the support points, the track is simplified to a simply supported beam, and the deflection of the track is not more than 1/500 of its span;

4 The design strength of the track anchors and connecting accessories shall be able to withstand double the rated load, and the anchoring of the embedded parts shall comply with the architectural design requirements, the track and the connecting accessories;

5 Considering the influence of temperature change on the thermal expansion and contraction of the track on the track connection point and the roofing device, the length of each track section is not more than 9m, the gap of the expansion joint is not more than 3mm, and the expansion and contraction section of the arc turning section is not suitable for setting expansion joints. The position of the two track expansion joints is staggered by more than 2000 mm. In the area with large temperature difference, the small section of the profile should be used as the track to reduce the influence of temperature stress on the track connection point and the roofing device;

6 The end of the track shall be welded with a limit baffle. The thickness of the baffle shall not be less than 8mm, and the width shall not be less than the width of the track, which meets the requirements of the limit device, generally not less than 100mm;

7 When the track is on the outer joint of the base, it should be welded by groove. At the bottom of the track, a galvanized steel plate with a length of not less than 200mm, a width of not less than 20mm, and a thickness of not less than 12mm should be lap welded.
