Second, the design load of the window cleaning machine includes the weight of the whole machine, the rated load and the wind load.
Third, architectural design related requirements
(1) The building shall be capable of withstanding the weight of the window cleaning machine and its accessories and shall be subject to the approval of the registered master architect.
(2) The design and construction of the building should facilitate the safe installation and use of the window cleaning machine.
(3) The diameter of the embedded bolt used for installing the window cleaning machine should not be less than 16mm.
(4) In order to ensure the normal operation of the gondolas on the surface of the building, a fixed guiding device (except for the equipment) should be arranged when the working height exceeds 30 m.
(5) At the appropriate location of the building, a power outlet for the window cleaner should be provided. The socket should be rainproof, safe and reliable. Emergency situations can easily cut off the power supply.
(6) There should be sufficient connection strength between the window cleaning machine and the building, and the load acting on the building should not exceed the allowable value of the building.
Fourth, the working speed of each mechanism of the window cleaning machine should meet the following requirements, and the error is not more than five percent of the design value.
(1) The lifting speed is not more than 20m/min.
(2) The walking speed is not more than 15m/min.
(3) The variable speed is not more than 20m/min.
(4) The turning speed is not more than 15m/min.
5. When the window cleaning machine is working under the rated load, the noise of the operator's ear should not exceed 85dB (A), and the noise outside the machine should not exceed 80dB (A).
Sixth, the reliability test of the window cleaning machine is based on 3000 times of the working cycle of the whole machine. The working cycle consists of lifting, lifting, booming, turning and trolley walking.
7. The safety guardrail shall be installed around the gondolas of the window cleaning machine. The guardrail shall be provided with a web. The height of the guardrail should not be lower than 0.8m on the side of the building, and not less than 1.1m in other parts. The guardrail should be able to withstand the horizontal concentrated load of 1000N.
Zhou Ying shall be provided with a baffle with a height of not less than 150 mm, and the gap between the baffle and the bottom plate shall not exceed 5 mm.
