③ The support points of the track should not be too dense, and the distance between them should not be less than 1.5m. Consider simplifying the track to a simply supported beam at the maximum load between the support points. The deflection of the track should not exceed 1/500 of its span;
④The design strength of the track anchors and connection accessories should be able to withstand more than twice the rated load. The anchoring of the embedded parts should meet the architectural design requirements. The track, connection accessories and anchors should be rust-proof and anti-corrosion treatment;
⑤ Consider the influence of the thermal expansion and contraction of the track on the track connection points and roof installations caused by temperature changes. The length of each track section is not more than 9m, the gap between the expansion joints is not more than 3mm, and it is not suitable to set expansion joints in the arc turning section. And ensure that the positions of the expansion joints of the two rails are staggered by more than 2000mm. In areas with large temperature differences, try to use small cross-section profiles as the track to reduce the impact of temperature stress on the track connection points and roof installations;
⑥The limit baffle should be welded at the end of the track, the thickness of the baffle is not less than 8mm, the width is not less than the width of the track, and the height should meet the requirements of the limit device, generally not less than 100mm;
⑦When the track is outside the joint of the base, groove welding should be used. At the bottom of the track, a galvanized steel plate with a length of not less than 200mm, a width of not less than the track width plus 20mm, and a thickness of not less than 12mm should be welded.
