The track system consists of a base, a connector and a track. Before the structure is capped, the window cleaning machine base is cast, the base should be higher than the roof surface layer by more than 80mm, and the base embedded part is composed of a 10~16mm thick embedded steel plate and four φ16 or φ20 anchor bolts. After the construction is completed, the pre-embedded steel plate is adjusted to the same plane by adjusting the nut on the embedded bolt, the secondary grout is fixed after the secondary grout fills the gap, and then the rail is fixed on the pre-buried steel plate by the rail connecting member (pressing plate). The window of the window cleaner is made of I-shaped steel or H-shaped steel. Generally, the track is directly welded to the embedded steel plate. After the track is installed, the base and the roof are unified to resist the treatment.
(2) The ordinary standard track type window cleaning machine should pay attention to the following points when designing and installing its track system:
1 Consider the weight of each part of the window cleaning machine, the rail's own weight, the counterweight, the lateral force caused by the operation and the force caused by the wind load;
2 The design of the track base should conform to the building modulus and facilitate the civil construction, leaving concrete pouring and vibrating space (such as pouring holes). When the parapet is high, the track base should be changed according to the size and performance of the window cleaning machine;
The support points of the 3 tracks should not be too dense, and the spacing should be no less than 1.5m. When considering the load between the support points, the track is simplified to a simply supported beam, and the deflection of the track is not more than 1/500 of its span;
4 The design strength of the track anchors and connecting accessories shall be able to withstand double the rated load. The anchoring of the embedded parts shall comply with the architectural design requirements, the track and the connecting accessories; 5 Consider the thermal expansion and contraction of the track caused by the temperature change to the track connection point And the impact of the roofing device, the length of each track section is not more than 9m, the gap of the expansion joint is not more than 3mm, the expansion of the arc-turning section is not suitable for the expansion joint, the position of the two rail expansion joints is staggered more than 2000mm. In the area with large temperature difference, the small section of the profile should be used as the track to reduce the influence of temperature stress on the track connection point and the roofing device;
6 track end should be welded limit baffle, the thickness of the baffle is not less than 8mm, the width is not less than the track width, to meet the requirements of the limit device, generally not less than 100mm;
7 When the track is outside the joint of the base, it should be welded by groove. At the bottom of the track, a galvanized steel plate with a length of not less than 200mm, a width of not less than 20mm, and a thickness of not less than 12mm should be lap welded.
