Before the PLATFORM equipment is out of the warehouse, the following parts must be checked for insurance performance to ensure that they can be used out of the warehouse after being qualified:
1 PLATFORM limiter and brake
2 PLATFORM safety lock
3 PLATFORM lifting device (including manual lifting device)
4 Electric wire rope anti-loosening device
5 PLATFORM electrical safety device
6 Whether the fastener is loose
7 Whether the weld is cracked
8 Are there moving parts jamming?
9 Is there enough oil in the electric gearbox and transmission?
10 Load test shall be performed at 125% of the approved load (uniform load)
2. The gondola equipment shall pass the inspection by a legally recognized testing and inspection agency, and obtain the insurance use certificate before it can be put into use.
3. The PLATFORM equipment should be inspected before the start of each day to ensure that the equipment is used under normal and insurance conditions and that inspection records are made.
4. The PLATFORM equipment should be checked regularly in actual use:
1 After two weeks of actual work, the steel wire rope should be inspected once according to the provisions of 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 in GB5972.
2 Every six months, non-designed electric gondola shall be checked for insurance performance as follows:
a. Disassemble each part and inspect its rust and wear, deformation and damage of the loaded parts;
b Reliability of PLATFORM electric device and components.
