Fixed Boom BMU Construction should pay attention to the following points:
1、Consider the window cleaning machine each part weight, track weight, weight, force caused by lateral force and wind load caused by the operation of the;
2、The design of rail base should be consistent with the building module and convenient construction, set aside enough concrete pouring and vibrating space (such as pouring hole), when the high parapet shall refer to the window size and performance appropriate to enhance the height of the base track;
3、The supporting point of the track should not be too dense, spacing of not less than 1.5m, the maximum load will be considered as the simply supported beam support rail, the deflection of the rail deformation should not exceed the span of 1/500;
4、The rail anchor and connecting accessories design strength should be rated load can withstand more than 2 times, the anchor embedded parts should meet the requirements of architectural design, track, attachment and anchors should be anti rust and anti-corrosion treatment; the considering temperature changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the rail impact on the rail connection point and roof device the length of each track is not greater than 9m, the expansion gap is not greater than 3mm, circular turning trajectory should not be set expansion joints, and to ensure that the two rail joints staggered position above 2000mm.
